Privacy Policy

Alumni Gift is committed to protecting your privacy.  we will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. 

We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you"ll find valuable.  If you would rather not receive this information you may send an email to CustomerService@AlumniGift.com with "unsubscribe" as the subject line.  You can rest assured that Alumni Gift does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.  

AlumniGift.com is a "ProStore" and all transactions are supported by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, also known as secure order protection, secure certificate or digital certificate. Developed by Netscape, SSL is a protocol for securely encrypting and transmitting electronic information between web servers across the Internet, and is the most popular method for ensuring the secure transmission of credit card data and consumer information. You will see a locked security icon on your browser when you are checking out/paying for your items, so you'll know that your transaction is secure and encrypted.

ProStores includes a shared Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with a 128-bit encryption shared SSL certificate provided by the Certificate Authority Thawte (a VeriSign company). SSL encryption also occurs when accessing the ProStores Control Panel, store administration and storefront pages that contain or collect sensitive data.

 

 

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

All returns / exchanges must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number within 5 days of item receipt to be accepted for return. Please call 704-793-1544 to obtain an RMA. Once issued an RMA, please return the package to us within 14 days.

Custom Made Items: Due to their custom-made nature, any items descibed on this website as "custom made"are not eligible for return. Defective or incorrect items may only be returned for replacement.


Clearance Merchandise: Clearance items are not eligible for return. These items are marked as Clearance Items in the product description.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise:

If you should receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us at CustomerService@AlumniGift.com within 5 days of receipt to obtain an RMA and instructions on how to return the damaged / incorrect item. Once the damaged or incorrect merchandise is received at our warehouse, the correct replacement items will be shipped to you free of any shipping charge.

Please Note: We will only be able to reimburse return shipping costs in the event that you request an exact replacement of their damaged piece. If you decide that you do not want a replacement, the return will be treated as outlined in the "For Unwanted Items" section below.

For Unwanted Items:

If you should decide that you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, please contact us at CustomerService@AlumniGift.com within 5 days of receipt to obtain an RMA and instructions on how to return the unwanted item. You must then ship the item (in new condition, in its original packaging) back to our warehouse at your expense. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse, we will issue a credit to your credit card for the original purchase price of the item less a 15% restocking fee.

As previously noted above, due to their custom-made nature, any items descibed on this website as "custom made" are not eligible for return. Defective or incorrect items may only be returned for replacement.
