Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to their custom-made nature, all items descibed on this website are "custom made" and are not eligible for return. Defective or incorrect items will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to you. 

All exchanges must have an MEA ( Merchandise Exchange Authorization) Number to be accepted for exchange. Please call our Customer Service department at 704-793-1544 to obtain a MEA. 



Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise:

If you should receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us at CustomerService@AlumniGift.com to obtain an MEA and instructions on how to return the damaged / incorrect item. Replacement items will be shipped to you free of any shipping charges.

You will see a locked security icon on your browser when you are checking out/paying for your items, so you'll know that your transaction is secure and encrypted.

ProStores includes a shared Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with a 128-bit encryption shared SSL certificate provided by the Certificate Authority Thawte (a VeriSign company). SSL encryption also occurs when accessing the ProStores Control Panel, store administration and storefront pages that contain or collect sensitive data.
