You will see a locked security icon on your browser when you are checking out/paying for your items, so you'll know that your transaction is secure and encrypted.

ProStores includes a shared Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with a 128-bit encryption shared SSL certificate provided by the Certificate Authority Thawte (a VeriSign company). SSL encryption also occurs when accessing the ProStores Control Panel, store administration and storefront pages that contain or collect sensitive data.

 
Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page.  This page lists all of your orders.  Click on the date of the order that you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?

A:  Alumni Gift offers FREE Shipping for your entire order for Purchases over $50.00.  If your purchase is under $50.00 we charge a flat shipping rate of $8.99.

Our method of delivery is standard UPS/FEDEX or USPS ground service.  We ONLY ship to customers with a physical address in the Contiguous U.S.

We do not believe in some other companies unfair practice of offering low prices but making up for it with Very High Shipping Fees.
